This Returns & Refund policy with MazaCart indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales. Points :
The return request must be made within 7 days of the product delivery date.
After 7 days from the delivery date, you should contact Mazacarft to determine the best course of action.

Return request undergoes through various verification processes which the buyer has to undergo
Your purchased product should be unused and in the same condition that you received it and their labels and tags should be intact.
The product must be in the original packaging.
Your Product needs to have the invoice, price tags, freebies, accessories, etc proof of Purchase.
In case of return of the product if the buyer has paid through the online payment mode the amount would be transferred to the same account,
In case of cash on delivery, if the buyer has paid through cash on delivery mode, the buyer has to provide his /her id proof along with the mazacart account from which the purchase is done once the account and id match the amount would be transferred to a buyer bank account. ( *Condition applied) the name of the account on mazacart and the name in the bank should be the same
MazaCart won't issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail purchases.

Replacement Policy :
Any product ordered will be replaced with an identical product in case it is damaged, broken, spoiled, defective or any operational or functional problem which causes it not to work would be replaced accordingly and would be notified to the customer with the next dispatch date through the mail, chat, call.
Exchange Policy:
Your Order will be exchanged for a new identical product in case needed and if requested by the customer in 7 days of product delivered would be done from the seller.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Pick up and delivery of any Refund, Return, Or Replacement of any product will be scheduled through hand-to-hand delivery at doorstep through our executive so that product details are uploaded and updated at your doorstep and confirmed to the Seller to avoid future inconveniences.
